Lettings Service Fee including Marketing, using portals for advertising and social media, accompanied viewings and offer negotiations.

Producing the tenancy agreement, completion of paperwork, tenant referencing, If requested, Rent Guarantee insurance can be provided at additional cost.

8% including Vat for let and rent collection service

• Marketing your property on our website, all relevant property portals and social media.
• Carry out viewings for the potential applicants and vetting the suitable one for your property.
• Producing the tenancy agreement, completion of paperwork, tenant referencing, If requested, Rent Guarantee insurance can be provided at additional cost.
• Additional charge for deposit negotiation at the end of the contract if service requested by landlord.
• Monthly collection of rent from the tenants and transfer it to your account within a set timeframe and do the needful if in case it is delayed.
• No Renewal fee charged. Management of property can continue with the same tenant up to 3-5 years.

• No Renewal fee charged. Management of property can continue with the same tenant up to 3-5 years.
• Carry out periodic property inspections and share it with you and suggest any works to be carried out by you or the tenants.
• Full Management including property maintenance, property visit, service of notices, deposit negotiation, together with all services applicable under rent collection.

Paper copies of statements of account- £3.00 incl vat per month.

Statement showing gross income and expenditure for the year - £50.00 incl vat.

Gas Safety Fee - Arrangement of Gas Safety Certificate where one is not provided at the commencement of the tenancy and renewals – £90.00 incl vat.

Electricity Safety Fee - Arrangement of Electricity Safety Certificate where one is not provided at the commencement of the tenancy and renewals – £125.00 incl vat.

Energy Performance Certificate Fee- Arrangement of Energy Performance Certificate where one is not provided at the commencement of the tenancy and renewals – £90.00 incl vat.

Property Licensing Administration Fee - Arrangement of Property Licensing where one is not provided at the commencement of the tenancy or when required – £300.00 incl vat.
