Letting a property can be a stressful experience, so why not let us do the hard work for you? We have a wealth of experience when it comes to lettings management and know what is important for your peace of mind. At RAM Estate Agent we focus on quality tenants, regular property inspections and effective property management.

We offer two levels of service to meet everyone’s needs:

Tenant introduction

This is the simplest level of service; finding you a quality tenant and carrying out a free valuation. We will complete the referencing and checks, and prepare the tenancy agreement, leaving you to collect the rent and manage the property.

Tenant introduction and full management

We will look after the letting in its entirety; all you have to do is instruct us. 

At the beginning of the tenancy your property must be in a thoroughly clean condition. The tenant is required to leave the property in a similar condition at the end of the tenancy; if they fail to do so, cleaning will be arranged at the tenant’s expense. We require you as landlord to provide us with keys to the property (for the tenant and us) and gas, electricity and EPC safety certificates.

We recommend leaving your tenant a 'useful information' folder at the property containing manuals and instructions for operating the central heating and hot water, washing machine and any alarm system. It’s also helpful to include details of when refuse and recycling is collected. 

The landlord is responsible for taking any legal action against the tenant for rent recovery or any other matter relating to any breach of the tenancy agreement, and all associated costs and expenses.
